Two New Things
Things are challenging right now at our home, but amid the sadness come two bits of good news for me professionally.
The first issue of Symantec's CIO Digest arrived in the mail today. This magazine, edited by Dave Clarke Mora (for whom I had the privilege of working when he was at Oracle) is an ambitious effort to provide CIOs with thought leadership on data security issues. I have one article in the first issue, profiling Daniel Lai, the CIO of Hong Kong's MTR.
Also, the current issue of Reader's Digest highlights the upcoming RD book, Free Money, Free Stuff. I researched and wrote several chapters of the book. When the book itself comes out, I'll share more about the project and the experience.
